The Paramount Comedy channels and the Paramount Comedy Websites (being www.comedyisparamount.com, www.comedyisparamount.co.uk, www.comedyisparamount2.com, www.comedyisparamount2.co.uk, www.paramountcomedy.com, www.paramountcomedy.co.uk, www.paramountcomedyontap.com, www.brightoncomedyfestival.com) (“the Website”) are owned and operated by the Paramount UK Partnership (“Paramount”) of 180 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1DS.
Your use of the Website is subject to your agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Use set out below. By going on to use the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Should you not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions of Use you may not use the Website.

- Any competition conducted by Paramount shall be governed by: (i) the terms and conditions specific to such competition (“the Specific Conditions”); and (ii) the General Terms and Conditions for Competitions (as published on the Website). Should there be any conflict between the Specific Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Competitions, the Specific Conditions shall prevail.

- These Terms and Conditions of Use and the Additional Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Accordingly, any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
